Postnatel Depression

Hi, I was depressed aftyer I had my son 7 years ago. It was very traumatic labour, ended in emergency c-section. I didnt see him after he was taken out of me as he was covered in a rash so was taken straight to neonatal, it was 2 hours before he was bought back to me. It took 2 and half years for me to accept him as mine. My depression was left untreated and still suffer with it. I know its nothing to be ashamed of but I find it difficult to go to my gp and ask for help and say "I dont love my son as much as my daughter" xx

Hi Amy I had depression after having the twins I know how horrible it can be maybe you need councilling also just so you can chat with a stranger about how you feel like you said it is nothing to be ashamed of and as for the doctors is there one at your surgery you really like?
