Should couples be banned from adopting children overseas?

Should couples be banned from adopting children overseas?

Don't think it should be banned but I think that there are alot of children from the UK in need of a family to look after them and the care homes arent really giving a child the best start in life. I think that if a couple cant adopt in the UK or they feel the system is taking to long that there should be more support and that it shouldnt take as long.
