hi all just wondering what can i do to help my 20 mth old daughter from constipation xxx

sugar water? prune juice? orange juice with water are all i can think right now x if you go into your local chemist they should be able to help x x

My youngest was prescribed some meds when she was constipated, think one of them was a sugar water solution. She was also given senokot, obviously a mild version. She was 2 tho so a bit older than your lo. But the sugar water stuff worked great on her.

Califig is a good thing too. xx
