Evlynn was born on May 3rd 2009-

My waters broke whilst I was in bed at 3am, 8 days before due date- I panicked and was in pain straight away..
I had a codien on arrival at the hospital, shortly followed by a pethedine injection- started on the gas&air at about 12- and by 2 felt like I needed to push, much to my suprise though it wasn't time- nowhere near infact- she was back to back and pushing my cervix at a funny angle.
After 14 hours i'd had enough and was given an epidural- which didnt work and actually just made my job harder..
I started pushing about 3 hours after that and Evlynn was born at 10.37pm - she was 49.5cm long and 7lb12.5oz, quite bald with dark blue eyes

I had my sweep on my due date (23.12.10) - at 8pm, i was 'easily stretchable to 4cm and my waters were bulging.. My contractions started around 9/9.30.. bareable so Matt & mum went home- to see me tomorrow when I would be induced (BP suddenly high) - I walked around the ward breathing through my contractions- which were getting quite painful - about 2am and I felt very sick and wanted mum and matt there- I was moved to labour ward and put into the room my son would be born in, Matt and mum arrived just after 3am- and I was laughing high on gas&air - telling the midwife their gas and air was much better than the other hospitals LOL.
It happened quite quickly from then on, I knelt over the top end of the bed- no point using gas and air, it was time to push- I held nobodys hand, matt stood by my head, only looking as the baby came out, whilst my mum may aswel of had her head up there too, haha.
Jenson poo'd- ALOT and when my waters broke they were thick and black, thankfully it didnt take more than 3 minutes from my waters going, to him being born
He entered the world at 6.04am on christmas eve 2010- nearly 20 months after his sister had.
He was 55cm long, and 8lb8oz- with LOTS of thick black hair
