leeks ham in cheese sauce
boil up leeks until soft
wrap leeks in fresh ham
put in oven proof dish
put 1 small jar of dolmio white sauce in jug
add half block of cheese grated to white sauce then pour over leeks and ham
put in oven at 200degrees 4 half hour nd serve on own or with anything x

Cheesy potatoe bake
*3 medium potatoes (600g) peeled
*1 Jar of 'Homepride Garlic & herb potatoe bake'
*100g grated cheese(or more depending on how cheesy you want it)
1) preheat your oven to 225 oc / Gas mark 7
2) Thinly slice potatoes (about half a cm) and layer half the potatoes and half the sauce in a 1.5L shallow ovenproof dish
3) Repeat layers using remainder of the potatoes and sauce, ensuring all potatoes are covered
4) Cover dish with foil and bake for 50 minutes
5) Remove from the oven and sprinnkle the cheese on and return to the oven uncovered, for 10 minuetes
6) Leave to stand for 5 mins and then enjoy
This recipe is for average 4 people

sin free chicken pie
1 x leek
200g frozen peas
garlic
450g roasted chicken
parmesan cheese
100g creme fraiche
thinly sliced potatoes
1. fry leek and garlic until leek is soft, add peas and chicken
2. stir and leave for 1 minute, add creme fraiche stir well
3. if needed add a splash of chicken stock and a handful of parmesan
4. season to taste
5. pour into oven proof dish and top with potatoes, brush with a little oil
6. bake for 35mins with lid or tin foin, 20 minutes without x x

Turkey stir fry
50g Turkey mince
half an onion (finely chopped)
1 carrot
25g cauliflower
pinch mixed herbs
half can of chopped tomatoes or some passata
1) Add the onion to wok or pan with a dash of Virgin Olive Oil till onion is softened
2) Boil up the carrot and cauliflower till nearly soft
3) Place onion in a bowl and fry the mince.
4) Once browned place mince in colinder and pour over hot water to drain fat.
5) Put back on the heat and add Onion followed by carrot,cauliflower, tomato then the mixed herbs
6) leave to simmer for 20-30 mins. Add water occasionally when sauce starts to dry out
7) Serve either on its own or some pasta or noodles.
My 7 month old loved this yesterday just mush noodles up with a fork tho x
