Piers Morgan Answers " Non Celeb" questions on Twitter - Should all celebs make the time for this?

Last night Piers Morgan stated for 1 hour he would answer any "non celeb" questions, I see he has answered a few.
He stated he would be back in an hour after interviewing Hugh Hefner - I was so excited for him to mention me on Twitter I stayed glued to it until 2.30am. I sent him 2 questions:

What aspect of your career hve you enjoyed the most?
Did you do night time feeds & nappy changes with your 3 sons?

He did not answer me

In your opinion should the celebs take time out every so often to chat with "non celebs" those that would love to be able to ask them questions?

Are celebs ignorant to non celebs?
