DON'T STRESS!

It is soooo hard! And stressing does happen, but it makes things sooo much worse! If your baby is a screamer - try and take a breather and walk away for a few minutes - if you know they are safe - a bit of crying won't harm!

Go with your heart..... if you feel something isn't right with your wee one then you do what you feel best. Likewise if you are told you are doing it wrong, do what you believe is right.

As a single mommy and doing it myself I feel that: going with your heart and you do what best is the best advice to give a first time mommy and if you feel that people are trying to take over tell them. And also rest/sleep when baby is x
